Young Chang G-175 Baby Grand Piano

One of Young Chang’s best piano designs, this is the model G-175, 5′ 9″ grand piano. It compares favorably with Yamaha’s G series piano.

Having had only one very caring owner, this piano’s action is very responsive, and its tone is lush and clear. Its hammers have very little wear at all.

This pleasing instrument is finished in high polish ebony. Other distinguishing features include spade legs, Duplex Scale, premium double-wound hammers, a full sostenuto pedal, a premium Sitka spruce soundboard and a locking system on its lid.

Established by three brothers in 1956, this was the first musical instrument company in South Korea. By mid 1980’s, Young Chang had established itself as a global company exporting around the world. In 2006 the company was purchased by Hyundai Development Company. American designer Del Fandrich has redesigned both Young Chang and Weber lines.
